I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the BC College of Social Workers.

Since beginning my practice in 2023, I’ve supported adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds through a range of challenges related to the perinatal period. This includes experiences such as postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, fertility and pregnancy-related stress, grief and loss, life transitions, and identity exploration.

My approach is rooted in a feminist therapy framework and guided by trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities, including Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness and self-compassion practices.

I take a holistic perspective on our work together, one that considers not just symptoms, but the full context of your life, relationships, history, and environment. I recognize that the perinatal period is a time of profound transformation, and that emotional struggles often emerge as understandable responses to overwhelming demands, unmet needs, or deep shifts in identity. I aim to explore this time with curiosity and care, honouring the strength and resilience in how you’ve been coping, while supporting you in finding new ways to feel grounded, connected, and understood.

Above all, I aim to bring my authentic self into the counselling space and to collaborate with you in cultivating greater compassion, clarity, and connection to yourself and to your experiences.
